Dover Farm Mitigation Bank: This 1,037 acre parcel in Chesapeake, Virginia is among the largest wetland mitigation banks permitted in the Norfolk District, and the first to include special provisions for Canebrake Rattlesnakes, a state-listed species. EAM provided oversight of acquisition due diligence, project design and bank entitlement, as well as sourcing initial demand for the bank.

Nanticoke Headwaters Mitigation Bank: EAM provided oversight and management of all of the initial due diligence. market analysis and technical feasibility studies for this two tract wetland bank in Sussex County, DE. Formerly in pulpwood production, EAM has overseen initial hydrologic studies and conceptual wetland restoration design, as well as establishing the IRT relationships needed to entitle this first-in-the-state private mitigation bank.

Mossy Hill Mitigation Bank: EAM has provided site selection support, market analysis and coordinated restoration and management planning for this 2,510 acre tract north of New Orleans. A critical tract of land known for its potential to support longleaf pine savannah and associated rare species, EAM has provided entitlement services, submitting the Prospectus and Mitigation Banking Instruments to the IRT for approval.

Prospect Research and Vetting: During its initial fund-raise and execution, EAM has provided site identification, research, market analysis and conceptual planning for scores of mitigation bank sites across the US, with specific projects vetted in over 27 states. Project ecosystem services have ranged from wetland/stream mitigation credits and species habitat conservation credits, to carbon sequestration and water quality trading, illustrating the full range of EAM services and expertise.
